Jackson Hole Lacrosse offers Extended Season after the Spring Season Leagues finish their championship weekends, in order to provide more playing opportunities to committed players.

You can't do Extended Season unless you did TRAVEL for regular season.  Unless you were unable to sign up for TRAVEL because it was full and also the coaches invite you for Extended.

The goal is to give players some exposure to higher competition and a sample of what the select team tournament experience is like, while also playing on a Jackson Hole Lacrosse-based team.

Playing time is not guaranteed.  Coaches have discretion whether to invite players or to open up invites to their entire team, but everyone needs to be aware that this program is a different objective than the spring season.  There is no tryout.  Teams will be capped.  Players from other programs may be invited if the roster is not full.  The goal of the team at the tournaments is to be competitive and playing time is not guaranteed.

If you are competitive and have a higher level of commitment, then this program is for you.  If are worried about playing time we encourage you to have an honest conversation with your coaches before registering.   If you do not think you will play a lot, but are okay with that and want to be a part of the team and the learning experience, then we want you to come and please communicate that to your coach.
