I'm having difficulty registering - why isn't the registration site working?

This is probably a browser issue. Sports Engine doesn't seem to work well with Safari. Try registering with a different browser such as Chrome, or from a different PC (computer) or even your cell phone.

I'm having difficulty registering - why isn't US Lacrosse member verification working?

This is likely one of two issues:

1) Your US Lacrosse membership is not valid and must be renewed. Note that it must be valid through the end of the season.  Click here for USL FAQ

OR

2) Your entry for US Lacrosse membership verification in registration do not match exactly what you have for your US Lacrosse membership. Note that name, DOB, and zip code must match. Refer to the USL FAQ to look up your membership information.

I have tried all of the above Trouble Shooting options and I am still having issues getting registered!

Please send an email to info@jacksonholelacrosse.com and we will help you.

What age group should I register for?

You should register for your grade.

No "bio-banding" in spring or fall teams. We allow playing up or down in winter programs, but not in the spring.

What are the costs for each age group?

The costs are posted in the registration form along with an explanation of fees.

Is there an "Early Bird" Discount code this spring?

Early Bird pricing is built into the registration and is good through Monday March 6th, at which point the base fee will increase by $25.
Late Registration Pricing will start on Monday April 3rd and will be an additional $25 increase on the base pricing.

What is the deal with scholarships?

Scholarships are available through JHLC and One22. Scholarships are offered based on need of varying amounts.

High School players should email info@jacksonholelacrosse.com to request scholarship.

Youth players should apply for scholarship through One22 using these instructions:

How it works:

  • One22 is a separate organization born from the Jackson Hole Community Foundation, and works to provide financial assistants to youth in Jackson Hole for recreational opportunities.
  • One22 manages the entire application process, so your application will go directly to them and not to JHLC. Your information is private.
  • One22 determines the scholarship - the amount of the registration fee the family pays, and matches JHLC's scholarship contribution to cover the remainder of the registration fee.

How to apply for scholarship:

  • Players applying for a scholarship submit a scholarship application to One22. Find the form and apply here: https://www.one22jh.org/application-forms.
  • After One22 has processed your application they will alert you and JHLC that your application has been processed and the amount of scholarship you are to receive.
  • At this time JHLC will email you a custom discount code so that you can come back and complete registration. You will input that custom discount code at checkout and it will adjust your fee.
  • The discount is based on the full payment amount and are not eligible for the Early Bird Discount.
What is the deal with this Travel and Non-Travel Option?

We are offering a Non-Travel option again this fall for most age groups. 8U does not have the option to travel but will have some home scrimmages. For the Spring Season, High School travel is not optional. This is our primary season and we need full commitment from our high school players in order to fill out all teams.

Can I just pick and choose which Travel weekends I want to attend and pay a prorated amount?

No. 100% commitment to the team is expected. If you choose to be on the Travel team for the season but cannot attend a weekend for any legitimate reason then please communicate with your team coach and manager so they can plan accordingly.

If I am traveling do I need register with IMLAX? Do I pay them?

If your child is in grades 3rd-8th grade and chooses the travel option, you will need to register them with IMLAX. REGISTER HERE! Your IMLAX fee is built into your JHLC registration travel fee so you will not be charged additional money from IMLAX. If you are having an issue with the IMLAX registration, please email info@jacksonholelacrosse.com.

What about Refunds/ Cancellation Policy?

We do not offer refunds after you have registered.
If there is an extenuating circumstance such as injury or illness, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
We will not give a refund if you get injured doing another sport once the season has started.
Please read the cancellation policy in registration.
