Boys High School
Season Duration: September 2nd to October 25
Practice Days: 3 Practices a Week (1 of them is captains practice or skills or conditioning or mindfulness session)

- Tuesdays 4:30-6:00 @ N Turf
- Thursdays: 6:00-7:30 @ N Turf
Competitions & Travel Weekends:
- September 11: Black vs Orange Game @ HOME
- September 27: TBA, host Jamboree @ HOME
- October 11-12: Mountain West Elite Championships in Farmington, UT
- October 24-25: Harvest Series Lacrosse Tournament in Ogden, UT
GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL
Season Duration: September 2 - October 25
Practices: 3 practices per week (1 of them is captains practice or skills or conditioning or mindfulness session)

- Tuesdays: 6:00-7:30 @ N Turf
- Thursdays: 4:30-6:00 @ N Turf

Practices: 3 practices per week for 90 minutes.
